Either the game is still in Early Access and the people saying that it isn't are attempting to mislead, or the game has come out of Early Access, but it is still being marketed as an Early Access title. Which, of course, contradicts everything people have been saying. One would think that a game that has come out of Early Access would no longer have or need these, so the fact that they remain there tells me that the game is still in Early Access. I bring this up because despite what people have been saying about it being in version 1.0 and it being "finished", the game as it is on the storefront is still tagged with "Early Access" and has the standard "Early Access" Notice in the games description.
Hell, it's because this game looks awesome that it's absolutely not an exception to this fear. I've always been hesitant about buying into Early Access games, and despite how awesome this game appears to be, it is no exception.

Moving on, I see a LOT of people saying that the game is in its full release, and everything I've seen about this game in its current state suggests the same.

First of all, I admit that I haven't been keeping track of this game or its updates, so if there's something in the update notes that answers this question, I haven't seen it.
